Description
Aspect; Intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. Clean and bright.
Bouquet; Intense aromas. Its strong varietal character is nuanced by balanced aromas of smoke and spices. Abundant notes of tropical and stone fruit are also released along with some hints of vanilla, smoke and light touches of dried fruit.
Taste; Nice, broad and rather appetizing attack. Silky and fresh on the palate. The fruit is juicy, seducing and jammy. Smoky notes and creamy toasted touches. Good acidity. Long and persistent finish with a slightly bitter note that leaves an aftertaste of dried fruit and smoke. A different, tasty wine. A great surprise.
Pair with Poultry, fish rice, cod, white meat, and complex salads.
